AI Solutions
AI solutions that serve your business
We build smart assistants and add AI capabilities to systems and apps, helping you serve customers, reach information and cut down on manual tasks.
When it makes sense
- Your team answers the same customer questions every day.
- Staff dig through files and policies to find answers.
- Information is typed in by hand from documents and forms.
- You want smart search, summaries or suggestions in your product.
What we build
Four capabilities, often combined in one solution. Pick one to see an example.
Answer customer inquiries, share service information, qualify leads and take booking or order requests, where your systems support it.
Do you have any appointments on Thursday?
Yes, two evening slots are open on Thursday: 5:00 and 6:30. Which one suits you?
6:30, please.
Done. I've sent your request to the team, and they'll contact you to confirm it.
- Booking request added to the admin panel
Availability and requests come from your systems only when they are connected to the assistant.
Business information
- Documents & policies (not used in this example)
- FAQs
- Products & services
Your software
- Website & app
- Admin panel
- Existing systems
What an assistant can read and do is decided per project: the sources it uses, the systems it connects to, and where a person stays in the loop.

From idea to a working assistant
- 01
Pick the task
We start from one clear job, such as answering inquiries or processing a document type, and agree how to judge it.
- 02
Prepare the sources
We gather the documents and data it may use, and decide what it can access and what it must never do.
- 03
Build & test
We build it into your website, app or system and test it on real questions and edge cases before launch.
- 04
Launch & improve
We launch with human review where needed, follow how it performs, and refine its sources and instructions.
Scope & cost
There is no fixed price for AI solutions. Cost depends on the task, the data involved and the systems it connects to, and is estimated once the scope is agreed.
Ready-made tool or custom solution?
When a general tool covers your need, using it is usually faster and cheaper.
When it must use your own data, follow your rules or work inside your systems.
What shapes the estimate
- The taskAnswering questions is simpler than processing documents or acting in other systems.
- Sources & dataHow many documents and data sources it uses, and how well organised they are.
- IntegrationsWhether it reads from or writes to your website, app, CRM or other systems.
- Languages & channelsArabic, English or both, on the website, inside the app or in internal tools.
- Running costsAI model usage and hosting are ongoing costs that grow with how much it's used.
From the sources you approve, such as documents, FAQs, policies, product data or connected systems. We set it up to answer from those sources, and to say so or hand over to your team when the answer isn't there.
Yes. AI models can misread a question or give a wrong answer, so we limit what it may answer and do, test it on real cases before launch, and keep a person in the loop for decisions that matter.
Yes. Assistants can work in Arabic, English or both, and we test them with the language and dialects your customers actually use.
If they support integration, yes. Depending on what the integration allows, an assistant can read information such as availability or order status, or create requests in your system. We confirm this while scoping.
We agree up front which data the AI may access, where it is processed and who can see conversations, and choose AI services that fit your privacy requirements.
Pick one task where AI could save time or improve service. We'll discuss it, check the information it needs, and propose a first version you can try.
Have a task AI could take on?
Tell us about the task and the information involved, and we'll discuss whether AI is the right fit and how to start.
